The solicitor says “…whether the Board chooses to correct misinformation or not, if those inaccurate statements by members of the public rise to the level of libel or slander the Board will also evaluate whether it will take further action through the legal system.” This taxpayer-funded lawyer said the Government itself would consider suing parents!!! [he used the word “it”. Meaning, the Government entity]. There is no such thing in law as a Government entity that has a reputation! He also said it was a “privilege” for citizens to be allowed to speak to school board directors at public comment!
