The BBB is a fraudulent organization that extorts money from businesses to become members in order to have a good rating. The BBB themselves have thousands and thousands of complaints online so it is surprising that anyone references them at all. There is all kinds of info about this online which is exactly why they do absolutely nothing to help people, the only thing complaints do is serve them in trying to extort money from businesses:
Even though Amazon has tens of thousands of complaints with the BBB and a 1-Star rating and even Government Action against the business (which it says under the A+ Rating), they have a A+ Rating because they are Accredited Members of the BBB.

The BBB is an outright scam, their only mission is to help themselves by extorting money from businesses so executives at the top get rich. You know who makes this money? Non-profit doesn’t mean the business doesn’t make profit, it means they need to spend all the money on Salaries or the actual cause in which case with the BBB, there really isn’t much of a cause which is why you see this…people doing absolutely nothing to help people, but yet making hundreds of thousands every year.
