“Please check out this video I took two days ago of the new fence going up at Ensign Jr High in Newport Beach, CA. You should see the metal bars they’re also installing around the administrative buildings. The fence that was there was FINE! This one is a good 3 feet taller and is made of the smaller link chain link fence that nobody can climb! Why are they hiding behind the green tarps?? What else are they doing there?!? They’re planning for our kids to be back in class in 2 weeks. Odd time to replace a perfectly fine fence.” ~ 9/14/20
