Record Breaking Back-to-School Spending Projected to Top $27B This Year

Schools Have Commercial Value, Not Educational Value. Schools have a purpose, but education is not part of that purpose. Our society spends billions and billions of dollars on Back to School spending just so we can fit in at schools and conform to the status quo. True education isn’t about fitting in, it’s about standing out.

“At school, you are literally on the assembly line to planned obsolescence.” ~ Unschooling.com

“Fitting in is a short term strategy that takes you nowhere. Standing out is long term strategy that takes guts and produces results” ~ Seth Godin

“Your children need your presence more than your presents.” ~ Jesse Jackson

“When kids are schooled like products in a factory, they end up putting themselves on the market, instead of bringing unique value and creating their own market, which means they are the commodity.” ~ Unschooling.com

This is one of the most important aspects of understanding how schools function. They are designed to fail and its facts like this spending spree that prove everything is working according to plan because kids are all about consuming rather than creating. This prepares kids for the entire school year of all-consuming curriculums these schools are force feeding kids. Grades and testing aren’t education, they are commercial values because in commerce, everything has commercial value so as a student, you are a commercial product which the school hopes to improve the “quality.” Consuming materialistic possessions helps us cope with school and if that doesn’t work, kids resort to drugs in record numbers.

Your self-esteem and your self-worth do not matter at schools, in fact, this is why so many kids are committing suicide in record numbers during the school year. Are you merely a commercial value, or do you value yourself and your own self worth? [Are you aware of your rights?]
