Self Care

School deprives people of the necessities of life in exchange for an artificial reality that keeps people enslaved while they chase pieces of paper. Schooling is the dehumanization of humanity that normalizes insanity. Schooling is the exact opposite of what humanity needs to thrive which is why it sucks the life out of you. People literally sacrifice themselves for their schooling and this reality couldn’t be more obvious than it is today with schools and colleges force vaccinating students en masse literally mass murdering them while they chase pieces of paper with no guarantees of success and being riddled with debt. Schools have literally been depriving children of oxygen for over two years now, one of the most basic necessities for life.

School is the Depravation of Life which is why Schools Are Prisons

“Schools create the problems they seem to exist to solve.” ~ John Taylor Gatto, [The Underground History of American Education: An Intimate Investigation Into the Prison of Modern Schooling]

“My clients spend their childhoods and in particular their adolescences putting their healthy development on hold, coached and managed by parents who are so fearful and anxious about helping their children succeed that there is simply no room for their children, my clients, to begin to know themselves.” ~ Kate Fagan [What Made Maddy Run: The Secret Struggles and Tragic Death of an All-American Teen]

“Many people need desperately to receive this message: ‘I feel and think much as you do, care about many of the things you care about, although most people do not care about them. You are not alone.’” ~ Kurt Vonnegut

“Effective health care depends on self-care; this fact is currently heralded as if it were a discovery.” ~ Ivan Illich

“Today as always, men fall into two groups: slaves and free men. Whoever does not have two-thirds of his day for himself, is a slave, whatever he may be: a statesman, a businessman, an official, or a scholar” ~ Nietzsche “Human, All Too Human”

(2/3 is 16 hours, you spend the remaining 8 hours sleeping. Unfortunately, most people don’t take ownership of their lives so other people do.)

“Take care of your body. It’s the only place you have to live.” ~ Jim Rohn

“Your body is a business. Take care of it or soon you’ll be out of business.” ~ Darren Hardy

“The first wealth is health.” ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson

“The greatest wealth is health” ~ Virgil

Love
No one will love or care for your children as much as you do!

“One generation of deeply loving parents would change the brain of the next generation, and with that, the world.” ~ Charles Raison, M.D., Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Emory University School of Medicine

“Little children love the world. That is why they are so good at learning about it. For it is love, not tricks and techniques of thought, that lies at the heart of all true learning. Can we bring ourselves to let children learn and grow through that love?” ~ John Holt

“When the power of love overcomes the love of power the world will know peace.” ~ Jimi Hendrix

“People grow when they are loved well. If you want to help others heal, love them without an agenda.” ~ Mike McHargue

Sleep
Sleep deprivation is a tool of manipulation and control which is why it is so common in schools that even Big Pharma profits from the suffering.

“Forcing kids to wake up early isn’t going to fix their natural circadian rhythm, it’s just going to deprive them of sleep. It should be obvious that the last thing anyone wants to deal with is a group of chronically sleep deprived, hormonal teenagers.”

“Lastly, according to Walker, sleep deprivation is one of the biggest risk factors for suicide, and suicide is second only to automobile accidents for teen deaths.”

Moving

“If we want our children to move mountains, we first have to let them get out of their chairs.” ~ Nicolette Sowder

“We spend the first year of a child’s life teaching it to walk and talk and the rest of its life to shut up and sit down. There’s something wrong there.” ~ Neil deGrasse Tyson

“In the early years of a child’s life, parents teach him to walk and talk, and later require him to sit still and keep his mouth shut.” ~ Johann Nepomuk Nestroy, [Austrian poet and actor, 1801 - 1862]

Detoxing
Schools create a toxic culture of the mind and body and they never give you the time or knowledge to detox your mind and body.

Hydration
Everything we’re taught about staying hydrated is wrong. Schools only provide fluoridated tap water at disgusting water faucets throughout the property. Schools push artificial sports drinks as the best way to stay hydrated, but those are terrible for hydrating your body. The best thing you can do to stay hydrated is first and foremost start with pure clean water. Distilled water is the purest and cleanest water you can get so it is the absolute best because it removes all of the toxic ingredients. Next, if you’re not adding sea salt to your water, you are not hydrating properly. Once you have a glass of clean water, you remineralize it with a pinch of sea salt.

“Sea salt is the greatest electrolyte on the planet. No isolated mineral supplement even comes close to what sea salt can do for the human body. Sea salt contains every mineral needed for human health and in perfect balance. In fact, our blood is extremely similar to ocean water. It’s a fact that our body is a 17 gallons of salty water. Have you ever wondered why saline solutions are given in the hospital to those in critical condition? This is so the patient does not become dehydrated and die.”

“Every living organism on the planet requires salt. Without salt, life can not exist. However, it’s important to remember that table salt (NaCL) is pure poison. Real salt such as Celtic Sea Salt is one of the most life giving substances on Earth.”
